Topic: Main Door faces favourable direction

Hi,

I am thinking of a purchasing a flat that has a main door facing East which had my and my mum favour able position (base on 8th house FS). The bedroom door also faces our favour able direction.
Well, looking out from the kitchen window it is a slope of a hill. Any concerns?
Also, heard the old owner pass away in the house, do we need to 'clean' the house in some way.
