Please note that Eight House cannot be used as a cure as the Eight house does not relate to the Five Elements Concept.
There need not necessary be a cure for devil's gate.

As mentioned earlier, the Eight House cannot be used to implement changes or `cure' imbalances.

Although you have mentioned the #2 and #5 as base numbers, I have also mentioned that #2 and #5 relating to water and mountain star has to be considered. And this has to be analysed in relation to each other.
Without, the full picture, and what are the imbalances at each sector, I am really unable to properly advise you.
It is not advisable to use Gua (Kua numbers) / Eight House to come up with a solution.
Neither is it advisable to use " 6 bells, 6 rod metal chime, bagua outside.
