What you can do is perform a Eight House Calculation of yourself and check
if you are sleeping and staying in the rooms which happens to be any of 4
bad directions.

Then you might like to check the FS of your house, are there any bad stars
such as the Misfortune Stars or Sickness stars in the rooms which you are
staying in. As well as the main door. This can most often be the cause if
the FS of the house is not so good.

For a personal detail, the Pillars of Destiny might also be able to show you
if the period your are in is currently your bad year.

So depending on your needs feel free to use the tools avaliable in the

you with the tools for you to check your personal FS.
