Dear Glyn,

Truly sad to hear about the series of mishaps.

On the surface, like you mentioned it looks like the effect of the Grand Duke.

Perhaps, Shapes and Form may (or may not) be a further cause of it especially if the building profile has been `altered'. This is because, Shapes and Form has been known to result in such tragedies.
