Or the Comparison Report within the Members Area will accurately find a Binding Element common to both of you.
Generally for weak Metal and weak Fire, probably one set of binding element could be Fire (Red) and Earth (yellow).
There are several different combinations but Fire and Earth would probably be the best as fire enhance weak the weak Fire, while Earth enhance Metal.
This also helps you to create an harmonious combination of element Fire -> Earth -> Metal.
