Further to my reply, attached please find a sample of the fish painting that I hung in my living room.
1. This painting has a total of 9 + 9 kois.
If one looks carefully, there are 9 kois x 2 kois facing each other.
In Chinese symbolism, 9 represents longevity. Thus two 9's represents " Double longevity ".
