Dear Marinella,
If your birthday is on 12 February 2002, this is the start of a a new (full) moon.
The start of Chinese New Year (12 February 2002) is always considered an auspicious date.
And if your birthday falls on this date, you can expect your birthday to be the most widely celebrated occassion by the world's largest population of approximately over 5 billion in China and by many overseas Chinese all over the world.
For the Chinese, since 12 February 2002 is the first day of a new moon (full moon); do you know that our Chinese New Year is considered as a total of 15 days from 12 February 2002.
This coincide with a total of 15 days of the rotation of the moon around the sun.
Many of us (overseas) Chinese in predominantly Chinese populated countries e.g. Singapore will have official public holidays on Tuesday & Wednesday (12 February & 13 February 2002).
Many traditional Chinese companies that can afford to close their offices for business for many days.
However, the tradition for office opening is:-
If a business wants to open business on the THIRD day of Chinese New Year e.g. 14th February 2002; traditional Chinese businessmen would go to their office on early morning of 13th Februray 2002 to `open' their office. They can then start work on 14th February or the THRID day of Chinese New Year.
If a business wants to open business on the FOURTH day of Chinese New Year or 15th Feburary 2002, they can go ahead to open their business on that day.
Wishing you a Prosperous & Happy Birthday!
(in advance!)
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

User's Comments Apart from learning the traditional method of this system, they have also taught me about compassion and humility. These qualities are extremely important in my opinion as we are dealing with people's lives when we delve deeply into their Four Pillars Chart and try assist as much as possible. Over the years, nothing has been too much of a problem for them in helping me attain the success I now experience. How I wish they were in down town Perth, Western Australia. I sincerely hope you Singaporeans understand just how very very fortunate you are to have them "on tap". I am originally from Singapore many years ago and I have an excellent understanding of the culture and lifestyle of the Island. Out of interest, I "monitor" a few Feng Shui "Lists" coming out of Singapore and to say that there is amazing nonsense being proliferated is putting it very mildly indeed. I feel so very sorry for those being "sucked in". So guys, we are a very lucky bunch of folk to be under the umbrella of Cecil and Robert Lee. I have no doubt reading all the posts that come thru Geomancy Net that you all do appreciate their efforts. Sincerely Glyn Hezakiah |
